  1. Welcome to the shareware edition of the ToolBOX V1.3 from The Binary ToolShed.

  3. To install: make a new directory on your harddisk, move into it, and then
  4. expand the self-extracting distribution file into the new directory.  For
  5. example, using a new directory called BTS on the C drive and installing from
  6. a diskette on drive A, enter the following commands:

  8.                 C:
  9.                 MD C:\BTS
  10.                 CD \BTS
  11.                 A:\TBOX13
  12.  
  13. Substitute as required for different drives or directory names.
  14.  
  15. For further instructions, refer to the STRTHERE.BAT file or the GENERAL.DOC
  16. file which describes the complete installation procedure in detail.
  17.  
  18. For advanced users and a speedy installation, expand the embedded SAMPLES.EXE
  19. self-extracting file, and then either add the C:\BTS directory to the PATH 
  20. command, or move the executables from the C:\BTS directory to a directory
  21. that exists on the present path.  And you're away.

  23. Now enjoy the ToolBOX, and all the other programs we have to offer.
